Got a call from this number, a guy claiming to be John Shaw from BT Openreach, talking about my internet. Honestly, he had quite a strong Asian accent which didn’t quite match the name. I told him straight up that I don’t have any BT internet or phone line. I also mentioned I was recording the call. He tried saying I wasn’t allowed to do that, but I explained it’s fine as long as it’s just for personal use and not shared without permission. After I called him out for trying to scam me, I ended the call.
