Same here, got a call from Blacktower, number +442038856288. I ended up messaging a lady called Mary Boyd at [email protected] to complain. She replied and her email said she works for Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited. Their office is at Suites 21 & 22, Victoria House, 26 Main Street, Gibraltar. Phone listed is +350 200 42353, they also have a Skype under bfm_mary, and their site is www.theblacktowergroup.com.
