I had a hunch that number might be dodgy, considering I've received a handful of these pesky calls in the last week. It's utterly infuriating!

Who was it that rang me? I didn't even entertain their spiel; I hung up straight away.

I received a call from an individual purporting to be with Central Heating Services. When I pressed them for details about their identity and the purpose of their call, they asserted that I hadn’t taken advantage of my boiler servicing. However, when I requested additional information, they abruptly disconnected the line. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
