Somebody rang asking if they’d got hold of Mr M... They knew my first name but didn’t mention my surname. I asked which firm they were from and they replied Heating Services. The lady went on about some sort of cover for my boiler. I told her I’m registered on the Telephone Preference Service so they shouldn't be calling me, but she didn’t seem to know what that meant and just kept chatting about the boiler. In the end, I just ended the call.
