I'm absolutely fed up with these chaps ringing me up - just when I think I've sorted it by blocking the number, they go ahead and tweak a digit and try their luck once more.

Someone called sounding wasted, like they were in some sort of office. Just blocked the number.

They kept asking me loads of questions, all while claiming I have a policy with them. I told them if that were true, they should already have all my details. After that, they just ended the call on me. Felt proper pushy, like they were trying to rush me into something.

Got a call from someone claiming they wanted to talk about my life insurance, but I don’t even have one!

Got a call from 02038839651, answered with a quick "hello" and the person claimed to be from Legal & General. I told them I was only 13 and in the middle of class. Then they just snapped at me not to waste their time, so I ended the call.

They acted like they knew all my details, so I told them I was at a hospital appointment and asked them to ring me back later. An hour after, I phoned them and asked if it was the Royal Bank of Scotland, I had to ask about three times before the bloke admitted it was. Before he could say more, I ended the call and blocked the number. They’ve tried calling me three times since, and funny enough, right before their calls I get these dodgy prank calls pretending to be from the police.

I got a call where the person just said "hello," and there was some laughter you could hear behind them. I answered back with "hello," then they said "hi" and suddenly just ended the call. It was pretty bizarre and unexpected.
