She spoke Welsh but said she couldn’t understand me, so I kept talking in Welsh. She mentioned something about an accident, then I kept going in Welsh. She got bored and just hung up on me.

Had a really unpleasant experience with a woman claiming to be from Direct Law. When I asked where she got my info, she said it was from a recent accident, which is odd 'cause I haven't had any. I told her I’m on the TPS list, so she shouldn't be calling me, but she just brushed it off. I warned her I'd be making an official complaint and hoped they’d get fined properly. She said she’d delete my details, but I’m not convinced - she was so rude!

Someone said they were from "ACA" about a car accident I supposedly had. They told me they got my contact from "an online survey". Promised to share info on their Data Protection Officer but just ended the call instead.

Got a call wanting to talk to someone in my family. When I asked who they were, they said they were from the ACA. I said I’d pass on a message if they told me what it was about, but they wouldn’t say and just hung up. I looked up the ACA and couldn’t find anything real, so this is definitely a scam.

@ some company with a name like (something) and smart rang me up and asked how my day was. It was 8 in the morning, so I didn’t bother chatting and just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

They knew my name and claimed to be from Direct Law, but then I heard them laughing and chuckling before they just ended the call! Definitely scammers but didn’t push it any further. Blocked straight away.

Really horrible on the phone, they rang saying they were from Direct Line but when I pressed them, they kinda mumbled and said it might not be Direct Line after all. Proper rude, just tell them to jog on!

Got a call from 020 3883 7757, they wanted to chat with a relative and said they were from aca. When I asked what aca meant, they just wouldn’t say unless I put the family member on and then they hung up. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

once again got a load of dodgy scammers claiming ‘their records’ prove ive been in an accident - absolute nonsense. blocked the number and gonna try report them to whoever’s supposed to deal with these muppets.
