It seems to be an Asian call centre, I can only speculate it's either from India or Pakistan since their grasp of English is a bit off. They were asking for the last four digits of my bank account to supposedly offer me a 30% reduction on my O2 mobile bill.

I've been getting calls from a number I don't recognise, and they keep ringing me over and over again.

Received a call purporting to be from O2 regarding an account. The odd thing is, I've never had an O2 account! They hung up abruptly. As soon as I dialled back, I was informed that the number would be blocked, and then they disconnected again. Quite bizarre!
