This number kept calling me repeatedly like 6 times in a row. I ignored it and then put it on block. After that I looked up the number here and decided to keep it blocked for good.

So, someone from Sky rang up saying they mainly deal with admin stuff and explained that right now, we’re paying for a shared line through Openreach. They said by 2025 Sky will have their own infrastructure. Apparently, prices are set to rise by 15% in April 2024, but if you have more than six devices using the broadband, they can offer a way to avoid the price hike. Honestly, not sure how accurate all this info is.
