Received a call from someone purporting to be from BT Openreach, who insisted that I needed to grant them access to my computer to address a supposed security concern. They were very keen on me downloading some sketchy software from Google, all the while proclaiming that this was absolutely not a "scam." Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!
