Totally a scam! They just ask random stuff like how your day's been, which always makes me more suspicious than anything else. They don’t even clearly say what they want, it’s really dubious.

Got a call on my work line over the Bank Holiday Monday. I just ignored it and blocked the number. The annoying thing is BT have switched our business lines to digital now, so the calls come straight through on my own phone even when I’m off. When my contract ends, I’ll keep the business broadband but switch the phone line to a pay as you go mobile - better to leave work stuff at work! If BT don’t sort out the endless scam calls, I’ll have no choice but to take my business somewhere else.

Got a call claiming to be from Eon, but it was fake since Eon never rings me. Definitely a scam, so I just blocked the number.
