A lady with a strong accent called me, saying she was from O2 and offering a 30% discount on my bill. I said fine, just go ahead and put the discount on my account. Then she asked to verify my details, but I told her if she’s giving me a discount, there’s no need to check anything. After that, she kept claiming she couldn’t hear me and tried to get me to say yes. I just went quiet, and after a while, she gave up and hung up. The funny thing is, I’m not even an O2 customer!

Got a call that seemed dodgy so didnt pick up, and they didnt leave a voicemail either. Definitely felt like spam.
