Got a call from someone trying to sell me wine. They started with a proper sales spiel. At first, I thought it might be one of those boiler scams. I was about to cut it off, but the person seemed quite friendly, so I stuck with it for a bit before I eventually ended the call.

Got a sales call out of the blue, proper annoying. I've put their number on 1572 now so hopefully that stops them.

They claimed they were selling wine, kept trying to push the sale really hard. I told them I don’t drink, but they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Tried to call them back later and just got a nothing but a dead tone. Not interested at all.
