Got a voicemail claiming something about tax fraud and a criminal case. 🤨 Sounds pretty dodgy to me since I’m employed and they’d normally reach me through official channels, not just a random phone call. Plus, when I pressed 1, it connected me straight through and a guy with a Punjabi accent picked up. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

Got a call about a job at a local care home, but the guy wouldn’t accept I wasn’t interested. I ended the call, but he dialled back immediately. Now I’ve blocked the number on both my phone and landline.

The conversation then veered towards insurance details and so forth. They dangled an attractive salary in front of me but couldn’t clarify the exact amount. Quite puzzling, to say the least!

Got a call from focus recruitment. This bloke with a really heavy asian accent called himself david. He sounded pretty confused about what he was even offering, mumbled the job title, and kept pushing even when I said I wasn’t interested. Quite annoying to be honest.
