I think I’ve finally managed to get them to stop. I rang the main number for "Activelife" at 01202023669, asked for the complaints team but was told they weren’t available. Luckily, a guy who said he was the office manager picked up. I gave him a right telling off about the endless silent calls and them constantly hassling me for a life insurance policy. He updated my contact details and promised to add me to their "DO NOT CALL LIST". Told him if the calls don’t stop I’ll be reporting them to Ofcom - hoping they’ve got stricter these days and will take action!

I have a few policies with them and when I asked which one he meant, the guy couldn’t answer and just hung up. The business is run by a bloke called Aidan Risoli, born March ’77, phone number 01202 023669. Maybe we should all ring him up and see what he has to say for himself.

Told her she was lying and just doing a cold call. Even so, Lottie stuck to her story, claiming Active Life is fully regulated and gets this info to help people save money.
