Back in August 2017, I forked out a deposit for a ticket to Ghana, with plans to jet off in December. I had a conversation with a chap named John Martin, who was of Indian descent. He directed me to transfer the full fare into a personal account, which I absolutely refused to do. He promised he’d ring me back within a week with the proper business bank details, but that call never materialised. By November 2017, I couldn't get hold of them at all; their phones went silent, and my emails fell on deaf ears. It feels like I’ve been robbed of £100, and I've got a sinking feeling they’re out to compromise your account too, as I've noticed "ProHealth in Texas" cropping up in my transactions. I recently had an experience with this travel agency that left me rather unimpressed. It’s run by a group of individuals named John, Alex, Eric, and Ahmad - all of which are, unsurprisingly, Indian names. I was quite hopeful at first, but it soon became apparent that they were more interested in taking my money than actually securing my flight. I’d strongly advise against using their services. If you're considering it, I would steer clear. Their number is 020 3874 8188, just to be sure you're aware. Trust me, you’re better off looking elsewhere! Avoid www.wintravel.co.uk at all costs!
