Got a call from a woman who said she was with Amazon Business, looking for our Purchasing Manager. She used some Engineer's name to try and get our info, which felt really dodgy since Amazon never phones like that. I told her to call again tomorrow, but I know I’ll just tell her the same thing then. Definitely a scam.

Totally shady, but I’m curious how they managed to come up as Amazon on my phone, even though I had BT Guardian running.

Somebody rang saying they were from Amazon Business, offering me a "free" business account. Pretty sure they were after my Amazon login info, like my username and password! Not falling for that one.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Amazon business, and weirdly, they knew my full name - makes me think my info’s out there somewhere after a hack or something. They wouldn’t give me any number to ring back on and kept going on about it being “free” and that I was “chosen.” Bit sus if you ask me.

+442038723877 - A lady introduced herself as "Jeanette," saying she was an Amazon business manager. She wanted me to open a business account with them. I've heard that Amazon never rings people out of the blue, so I wasn't fooled and ended the call straight away.

A lady with an American accent called my unlisted landline, which is signed up with the TPS, saying she was from Amazon. I'm aware that Amazon never calls you directly like that, so I told her we don’t entertain scams and ended the call.
