Got a call from someone claiming they were with my bank’s fraud team, but it was a total scam. When I questioned them, they started getting really rude and nasty. If you get a call from a 'Nigel Francis' don’t pick up or talk to them, it’s definitely dodgy.

On the 13th of October 2023, someone rang me from this number pretending to be my bank and ended up scamming me out of £2,000.
