I picked up the phone only to be left in a queue with some loud tunes blaring in the background. An American-accented woman finally came on the line, rattling off her name and the company's details at lightning speed. She wouldn’t clarify any of the info and just kept insisting on speaking to someone named Jamie Ham. I told her she must have dialled the wrong number and promptly ended the conversation.
