BEWARE this is a total SCAM! They try to pass themselves off as IONOS reps - don’t trust them for a second. They speak super politely, claiming “I’m your personal account manager checking if you’re satisfied with our service.” I asked them, “Well, can you see my account then?” of course, they can’t. I do have IONOS accounts, but that info is pretty public. My tip: just hang up and ring IONOS yourself on a separate phone. If they call your landline, don’t use the same line to call back - these lot might keep the line open and mess with you. Stay safe!

Not sure who it is. They’ve called twice in a row around 3:30 in the afternoon but never drop a message. Feels like some kind of robot caller to me.
