Got a call about renewing my boiler insurance. I asked when I actually bought the insurance, and she replied it was the manufacturer’s cover that had ended and needed renewing. Then I asked her when I even bought a boiler, and she got all snappy, saying she was trying to find that out from me! Told her I didn't own a boiler at all, and she just cut the call straight away.
