They call themselves the "Motoring Advice Centre (MAC)" and somehow had all my details - name, car registration, date of the crash, and of course my number. They kept trying to get me to admit we were hurt so we could supposedly claim "a four-figure payout that's already been set aside for us but hasn’t been handed over yet." Then they asked for the other driver's registration, saying it wasn’t on the accident report. Pretty obvious they were fishing to contact the other party's insurer and push a dodgy claim through.
