My computer suddenly showed a popup saying I had a "RDN/Trojan.worm!" issue with some weird code like "055BCCAC9FEC Infection." It also mentioned "Microsoft Technical" and told me to call 02038689393. I rang the number, and a man answered - his English wasn’t the best and he sounded like he was definitely not in the UK. He claimed he could fix the problem but insisted on remotely connecting to my computer to see what was happening. When I wasn’t too keen on that idea, he got quite irate, so I just hung up. Haven’t heard a peep from them ever since.
