Got a ring from this number saying they’re from BT about my broadband. When I asked them to confirm my name, they suddenly went quiet. I told them it sounded dodgy and ended the call. Next thing, they ring back calling me all sorts of rude names! Has BT really started training their staff like this now? 🤔😂 For the record, I’m not even with BT!
