Weird, I called and no one answered at all!

I received a voicemail from this number by mistake. It appears to originate from London, yet the conversation was entirely in Russian. Fortunately, I understand the language. There was one person who seemed confused about the situation, while another voice in the background repeatedly mentioned that it was just a voicemail... (that individual spoke Russian without any accent, so I have no doubt they were Russian).

My fiancé received a call from someone claiming they could help him earn up to £6,000 if he forked out £250 first! They deceivingly marketed themselves as a stock market firm or something along those lines... or so they say!

I'm at a bit of a loss regarding the identity of this caller. Whenever I pick up, the line emits a series of beeps before cutting off entirely. When I attempt to return the call, it doesn't even ring - just those annoying beeps and then silence hits again. It's downright exasperating, especially since they seem to ring me daily without fail.
