Theres this trading firm that keeps saying I've given them my info for a call, which I haven't at all! They ring me every single day using different phone numbers. Received a call where the individual on the other end aggressively shouted, "Sod off, you total pillock!" It's utterly baffling that a company would promote such unprofessional conduct among its staff. Moreover, it's hard to wrap my head around the fact that establishments like this seem to operate without consequence.
