This guy, who said his name was Dan, rang me up and asked for me by my name. He claimed he was from Housing Disrepair. I mentioned that his number didn’t match the one I had for them, plus his location seemed off, and he just ended the call.

Unbelievably impolite! When I mentioned they’d reached the wrong number, they had the audacity to ask if I knew who they were attempting to contact. Quite bizarre, really. To top it off, when I tried ringing back, it just said the call failed.
