Thing is, I know nothing about trading, never been involved in that at all. So never been scammed in that way either. They wanted me to share details about who scammed me and how much money I’d lost. I didn’t give them any info but asked if they were familiar with the TPS register. They said no, which to me was a red flag, seeing as I’m signed up to it. Plus, I couldn’t ring them back on the number that showed up on my phone. When they offered a direct mobile or WhatsApp contact instead, I told them it’s illegal to use numbers they don’t actually own. After that, they just hung up.
