Picked up the phone and after a quick pause got a recorded message. A woman’s voice, pretending to be onscreen, asked if I’d been in a car crash. I jokingly told them I’d been hit by a UFO, and it sounded like the recording was voice triggered cuz it replied, ‘okay, I’ll connect you to a manager’.
