Its not the TPS that’s to blame, its really the firms that dont check their customers against the TPS register before passing on their info to other businesses. I used to handle this kinda stuff at my old job.

TPS or not, that’s missing the mark. People like that shouldnt be ringing up poor folks all the time. You block one number, they just change it. So TPS dont matter much. Instead of making excuses for these annoying sales calls, just put a stop to them altogether. Simple as that.

Got a call just a moment ago, but was already on another call. It was some firm trying to sell me stuff about a bar or something. Got a call sayin i was in a car crash. I said ‘yeah’, asked when it happened? Apparently five years ago! Then they started askin if i needed help with other claims like medical stuff, so i snapped back ‘ah, now yer just tryin your luck!’ and they quickly hung up. Must be dodgy!

someone called asking if i'd been in an accident, then handed me over to a bloke with a foreign accent. he had no clue about any details of this supposed ‘accident’! not really shocking though!
