He pretty much repeated the same spiel as before and soon tried to fish out info about how long we’d owned the shares. That’s when I just ended the call. They told me I've apparently held these shares for almost 30 years. I find it strange I've never heard anything about this before. The bloke sounded really professional on the phone.
