I keep getting calls from this number, and I've picked up a few times. Decided to just block it now.

Sounds like a total scam to me. The bloke started with the polite “Good afternoon, ma’am, how are you?” spiel, but the moment I asked where he got my number from, he just cut me off and hung up straight away!
