I received a rather peculiar phone call from a chap claiming that the insurance for my washing machine maintenance was about to expire. When I mentioned that my contract is on a rolling monthly direct debit and couldn't possibly be expiring, he abruptly cut the conversation short and hung up. Quite the odd encounter!

Received a rather dodgy call from someone claiming to be Lewis from AST, who insisted that my washing machine had passed its warranty period. I firmly told him that was nonsense and turned down every query he threw at me. Eventually, he must've lost patience and just hung up!

I encountered a rather irritable chap when I inquired about extending the warranty on our washing machine. When I mentioned that we actually have three of them, he seemed quite flummoxed and didn’t really know how to respond. He appeared to doubt my words, so I decided it was best to end the call.
