Some bloke rang claiming he was from Carphone Warehouse, going on about some "promotions" they had. I kindly told him I wasn’t interested in a new phone, but he kept pestering me with questions like why not and what phone I had. Then he got quite rude, so I just had to cut the call off because he wouldn’t stop. Honestly, no idea how they got my number. Wouldn't share any personal info with him, the way he acted felt really dodgy and unprofessional.

Had a call from a bloke named Jason who said he was ringing from Carphone Warehouse with some deals on phones. He started off by asking me which mobile I’m using right now. But when I asked him how he got my number, he just hung up on me. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

At first, all I heard was quiet, then suddenly a click happened and I got connected to someone real. The person was from India and spoke so quickly I couldn’t figure out what they were saying or where they were ringing from. I just ended the call and blocked the number right away!

Nobody picked up, but after a long silence, I just yelled “what” and they immediately cut off. Feels like one of those scams. I reckon the best move with these calls is to shout something like “oh seriously, what now?” and they’ll bugger off.
