This bloke called saying he was from my computer support centre and wanted me to press the search button so he could check my PC for any issues. I asked him for the password I’d set up with the legit computer company first. He tried to convince me to let him in now and said his mate would send me the code later. I wasn’t having any of it and told him no code, no access to my computer. Then he admitted he didn’t have the code and couldn’t help me without access. I stood firm, said I wasn’t doing anything without the code upfront, and ended the call.
