I've reached out to our insurance companies, and they've warned me that this whole thing seems dodgy, likely a ruse to extract our card information. Honestly, the alarm bells went off, prompting me to investigate further.

Got calls from 020 8092 5685 myself, same story. They try to sell phone deals and ask for personal details. There's a delay when you speak, and the voices sound Indian, not local. Definitely a scam, not from anywhere in the UK.
