I got a call from someone saying they were from BT, saying my broadband had been messed with and info leaked. Could hear loads of background noise, definitely sounded like a call centre. I cut them off once I asked them to name my internet provider.

The line was filled with the cacophony of a busy call centre. I decided to hang up when I asked them to confirm who my actual broadband provider was, and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
