I didn’t pick up, but they left a voicemail and I could hear them chatting, not to me but between themselves, mostly in what sounded like an Asian language. Sounds like someone forgot they’d left the line open. Looking at other comments, it’s clearly a cold sales call. This number is listed on the charities commission site and isn’t used for anything else - no wonder it gets hammered with spam.
