Got a call about some account I supposedly had lying around with £300 in it. They claimed they’d help get the cash back and shut the account down. I kept asking them to say their company name a few times, but it was impossible to understand what they were saying. Definitely sounded like a scam just fishing for my details.

Got a call from someone with a foreign sounding accent, they were mumbling about cash in a dormant account. They sounded all serious but I don’t have any accounts like that. They just cut the call straight away!
