Someone using the name Marcel Thorpe from www[.]directrecruitmentuk[.]co[.]uk phoned me from this number and acted like a recruiter (they also emailed me). They tried to get me to cough up £300 for a bogus course that supposedly gave you a qualification needed for the job. It was clear they were trying to con me when they said they couldn’t disclose the company I was applying for due to an NDA. IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER CLAIMING TO BE A RECRUITER, IT’S DEFINITELY A SCAM.
