Their demeanor was courteous enough, yet I couldn’t shake off a nagging feeling that they might be setting me up for some sort of trickery down the line. I'm inclined to think they might lure me in with enticingly low energy prices, only to later seek sensitive banking information. All in all, it left me feeling rather uneasy. Both callers were exceedingly polite, which only added to the strangeness of the encounter. Quite an odd situation, if you ask me!
