Received a rather dodgy call from a woman’s voice that sounded like a robotic recording. Claimed to be representing HMRC, and the crux of the message was something about a letter that had mistakenly come back to them. Apparently, they were initiating legal action against me. Then, they prompted me to press option 1 if I wanted to chat with their legal department. Charming, isn’t it?
