Got a call from a woman’s voice, but sounded automated. She claimed to be from HMRC and said some letter they sent me got sent back to them. Now they're threatening to take legal action. Lovely, isn’t it?!

Got a call from what sounded like a woman’s voice, but it was obviously a robot. She claimed to be from HMRC and told me they’d had a letter come back to them with my name on it. Because of that, they were supposedly kickstarting court action against me. Then it went on to say, “Press 1 to chat with the legal team.” Pretty sneaky if you ask me!
