5 monthsGot a call from a lady with an Indian accent talking about O2 and wanting to speak to the account holder. I asked her repeatedly to tell me who exactly she needed to talk to, but she never gave a name. After asking three times and getting nowhere, I told her I’d hang up since she didn’t know who she was after - I ended the call calmly.5 monthsGot a call from someone claiming to be O2, sounded like a woman with an Indian accent. They chatted about some supposed promo offers and said they'd be posting out a new 5G SIM to me. Then the dodgy bit - they tried to get O2 to send a one-time code and asked me for it to "verify" my account. Don't fall for this, do NOT share that code with anyone, it’s exactly what they need to hijack your account. The code even has a warning on it not to share it with anyone, not even O2 themselves. Stay alert!5 monthsWas totally fishy, they kept asking about 02 so I just replied in some random language I made up. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.5 monthsMy phone company flagged it as a scam so I just ignored the call.5 monthsGot a call from someone claiming to be O2 saying my SIM would get blocked soon.
