I missed a call earlier, but right after it, my phone rang again. When I picked up, someone was trying to sell me a deal on my gas and electric bills. I kept the person chatting for a bit and noticed their real accent slipping through, even though they were pretending to sound different. Then I put them on hold, made myself a cuppa, and when I came back, the caller had already hung up. Shortly after, I got another quick ring from a different number, but they hung up before I could even answer - definitely the same lot.
