Plus, they always send a notification to your Chase app to verify its really them, so it's all safe and legit.

I got a call from this number after I had ended what I assumed was a call from Chase Bank. During the chat, they asked me for some bank account info to make a payment. I just cut them off, saying I don’t hand out bank details over the phone. What’s weird is, the official Chase customer service number I know is 08003763333, but the one that appeared in my call history was 08003762222. I have no clue how that switched up like that.
