Bit strange that the number’s showing as London when the call came from Leeds, though. But yeah, it’s legit. The comment prior to mine of "To be fair, Amazon is making an effort to support their drivers in getting deliveries done" is a load of rubbish. I have no parcels due from Amazon, so why would Amazon be calling me at all?

Yeah, this is totally Amazon alright. They’re legit no doubt. If your parcel doesn’t show up and you make a fuss, they’ll sort out a re-delivery on the same day. To make sure they don’t muck up again, they’ll give you a ring to double-check your address and stuff. Anyone telling you different is talking rubbish.
