I read loads of comments saying it’s defo Evri. I’m not convinced though, why would they call me by my first name and ask for my address about a parcel I never reported missing? When I asked how they knew, they couldn’t give me an answer. I didn’t give out my address either, no way would I do that. Only one company I order from uses Evri. I’m gonna report this to them next. You can’t phone or email Evri without a real parcel tracking number. The caller said they were ringing from Bolton but the number showed London? Totally dodgy. Keep this marked as Red Dangerous.

The first call went straight to voicemail since I usually dodge calls from numbers I don’t know. When I played back the message, they said their name, why they were ringing, and that they’d send an email afterwards. Evri actually admitted their driver messed up, which they confirmed using their GPS tracking and the delivery proof they emailed me once the parcel was dropped off.

020 3830 0040 rang me but I didnt recoginise the London number so I just ignored it. They called back a bit later so I picked up. The person said they were from Evri about a complaint I had put in on the app a couple days ago. They asked for me by name and mentioned some details of the complaint, saying sorry about the issue. Then they asked me to confirm my address and the business the parcel came from. They told me they’d be taking my complaint to a higher level.

I received a call from 020 3830 0040, which I initially ignored, only for them to ring me again shortly after. The caller introduced herself as being from Evri, mentioning a complaint I'd lodged in their app a couple of days ago. Strangely enough, she was already aware of my personal details, including my name, yet required me to verify my address and the business associated with my parcel. She assured me that my complaint would be taken further.
