Kept saying they weren’t selling anything, but all they wanted was to convince me to change my insurance to some sort of care plan for later. Rang me loads of times, so in the end I had to block the number.

This number buzzes my phone multiple times daily, so I just let it go to voicemail nowadays. From what I can tell on caller ID, it’s always the same. The few times I picked up before, it was some survey, but the person on the other end spoke terrible English and was really hard to follow. They never take no for an answer. I once told them to stop calling, and they replied that they won’t until I finished their survey, which just ends up causing more annoying calls. Honestly, they’re such a pain.

Received a call around half-past three from a lady speaking English. She gave me a rather alarming heads-up about the Government possibly seizing my house to cover costs if I ever ended up in a care home. She proposed that someone come round to talk to me about it. Honestly, I’m in fine health and not planning on heading into a care home any time soon! I let her know I wasn’t keen on her offer!

Got a call from this number earlier today, but it was for my 94-year-old father-in-law. The caller claimed they had recently chatted with him (he might have, but with his dementia, he wouldn’t recall). They said they could assist with wills and trusts. When my father-in-law tried passing the phone to me, the caller just hung up. I tried calling back, only to reach a generic voicemail saying "Your call is important to us, please hold for the next available operator," but there was never anyone there. His number is definitely on the TPS!

For about two weeks, I kept getting calls every morning between 9 and half past. Finally picked up one day. A man with an accent said he was from Keymanning Solutions or something like that, was hard to catch. He mentioned calling elderly people across the country to offer free advice and do a survey. Wanted to talk to my husband but I told him he wasn’t around. When asked when he’d be reachable, I told him he doesn't live here anymore. I firmly asked them to remove our number from their list and to stop bothering us.
