I got a call from this firm trying to get me to invest in eco-friendly buildings, asking for £10,000 straight away. They promised a 35% return which sounds way too good to be true. Then they called again asking for my bank info. Honestly, it feels like a total con - who really offers 35% profit on £10k in just a year? Stay clear, seems dodgy to me.
