5 yearsSomebody rang claiming to be from Virgin Media, said they needed me to go onto a website to "check" my internet connection. They kept babbling about the router lights and saying the internet might drop out, and the site would show what was wrong. I just pretended not to understand, and when I told them I didn’t own a PC or laptop and had no internet on my phone, they just ended the call.
