This number called me, claiming to be from EE, saying I could get 40% off my monthly bill for a whole year. When they asked which network I was with, I said ID Mobile. Then they started talking about EE merging with themselves later this year, which I hadn’t heard about before. They also said I’d get a free Apple Watch thrown in. It all seemed pretty fishy to me. When I rang the number back, they didn’t answer with EE, just a plain hello. Something about it definitely didn’t sit right.
